Complete, but otherwise poor copy: waterst. throughout; dam. in blank margins, title-p. has two former owner's entries cut out; worldmap frayed/ dam. in blank margins. The (dam.) letterpress leaf Q "Addition d'aulcunes cartes" is misbound before the main title. Pastedowns loose and frayed; vellum wrinkled and torn/ dam., lacks ties. Koeman, III, ort-57. Very (if not extremely) rare edition, hardly ever offered for sale, apparently no copies in NCC. The atlas was published before in Dutch in 1577, and in French in 1579, 1583, 1588 and 1590, these editions with only 72 to 94 maps.
