Rare altar sculpture made of hard, heavy wood with a sacrificial patina (organic materials, feathers, etc.) depicting a pair of kneeling figures facing a central altar, the female figure carrying a child on her back. On the periphery, four symbolically smaller figures are arranged in the posture of orants. They all respond to the same stylistic canons: hieratic posture, ovoid head and scarified faces with protruding mouth. Small cracks and wear.
