Bronze bell with external clapper. China, 19th century. Of cylindrical form, decorated with four panels incised with information concerning the name of the temple and an apocryphal dating Zhengde, the lower part girdled with four stylized flowers above cartouches of flowers and foliage, the upper part adorned with nails, the suspension clamp in the form of two dragons, wooden support carved with a tree in bloom.
