According to a typed description attached to the copy, this mailing is from Joyce and is addressed to the painter Albert Gleizes who owned the copy. It would be more likely that it is in the hand of the Irish painter Mainie Jellett (1897-1944). She settled in Paris in 1920 where she studied in the studios of André Lhote and Albert Gleizes.
