The heel of the blade has a deep chased decoration of palmettes, gold damascened on the bottom. On one side, the
blade is damascened with a calligraphic mandorla (worn and illegible). The ferrule and the back
of the blade are also gold damascened with vegetal motifs.
The typical handle with large lugs, with double marine ivory plates fixed by nails on both sides of a
