Silver coffee pot of the period resting on three feet with scrolls.
The body is formed of four flat sides alternated with four sides with a doucine repincée towards the interior.
The straight ribs go up on the lid to the fretel in the shape of a seed.
Spout topped by a removable valve.
Lateral handle in turned wood most probably in ebony.
Well punched piece (each foot, handle attachment, spout, body and lid) with :
-Punches of mark for LILLE (crowned flower of lily)
-Punches of jurande (big and small works) for LILLE 1760-61
-Hallmarks of the master goldsmith: Pierre-Joseph PONTUS, received in 1746
