"Please, Sir, give orders for the Press to be sent to me regularly I have not had it since 1 January unfortunately, and the correction of the proofs of the feuilleton1 would become very difficult for me if I could not refer to the previous feuilletons. Already I have been made to wait for the last quarter, as if I were to continue my subscription, which would be against the current practice of all newspapers to serve the paper to all the people who have a part in the editing.
