dating: Second half of the 18th Century provenance: Tuscan-Emilian area, Smoothbore, three-stage, 12.3 mm cal barrel: octagonal, faceted and then round, with rings at the second girdle. Interesting lock with flat plate signed 'Agostino Selmi' with hammer and batterie finely carved with busts and masks. Working mechanism. Wooden full stock (a repair in the front). The iron parts with pitting. Brass mounts. Beautiful heraldic shield in relief at the back, surmounted by a five-pearl crown and a knight's helmet. Missing ramrod. The other mounts are decorated with volutes and flowers. length 27 cm.
