dating: Mid 19th Century provenance: France, Rifled, octagonal, browned, 12 mm cal barrels, marked 'Acier Fondu' in gold under a mark and 'DDB', the bases engraved and with numbers '1' and '2', front sight; tangs engraved with flowers, numbers '1' and '2' and provided with sight. Forward spring locks finely engraved with floral motifs. Briarwood stocks with fore-end cap sculpted with racemes in bas-relief, grooved butts and with steel mounts decorated en suite. In original wooden case with brass mounts and foldaway handle, lined in green velvet and provided with high-quality accessories, two screwdrivers with wooden handles, one with drum featuring a turn-off, horn cap, the other one with turn-off, brass cap provided with a needle to clean the vents. Beautiful spoon to melt the lead featuring a balustrade shaft and turn-off wooden handle, powder flask, hammer etc. Complete with original and spare key. Elegant pistols in very good conditions with peculiar accessories. length 39 cm.
