dating: 1875-1890 provenance: USA, Round, rifled, 45/70 cal barrel with adjustable and foldaway rear sight, foresight. Bolt marked 'US MODEL 1873'; tang with serial number '49xxx' (not clearly legible); forward spring lock, with remains of browning and marked 'US SPRINGFIELD', '1873' and with the American Eagle. Wooden full stock numbered '28'. Iron mounts and ramrod, butt plate marked 'US'. Complete with leather strap. length 132 cm.
