Statutes of the Order of the Holy Spirit (Les), estably par Henri IIIème du nom, Roy de France et de Pologne au mois de décembre 1703 ; in 4° maroquin rouge, fleurdelysée lace framing the covers, large gilt corner fleurons enclosing the radiant dove of the Holy Spirit, arms stamped in gold in the center of the covers, spine decorated with a fleur-de-lys and flames, small gilt inner lace, gilt edges. Binding of the period. Engraved title, five vignettes, four lamp-heads and two letters decorated by S. Le Clerc. A very fine copy, ruled, with the arms of Louis XV, bearing in the corners, the emblems of the Order of the Holy Spirit (fragile hinges).
