First edition of this treatise describing all kinds of breads, beers, drinks, cheeses, meats, condiments, fish, pastries... But one of the longest chapters (Vinum, pp. 18-26) is devoted to the wines, ancient and contemporary, of Europe and Africa. The work was reprinted in the Prœdium rusticum (1554).
