Open silver cuff bracelet (800) "samorodok" imitating a silver nugget, applied with twisted chains, enhanced with 2 blue stones and a red stone.

This designer jewelry uses the samorodok technique (reticulation), which produces this particular texture on the metal. The result is obtained by heating at a temperature close to the melting point and then cooling suddenly in water. This technique was very popular in Russia in the 19th century and was sometimes used by artists in the 1950s.
