Pair of shangping porcelain vases with polychrome decoration of ''100 butterflies'' on the body and neck, stylized shou characters among foliage at the base of the neck, and a frieze of lotus petals on the base. A six-character Guangxu mark in kaishu in iron red on the glaze below the base.
