The border is a blue-Prussian frame with scrolls of old gold foliage.

Border with the coat of arms of alliance surmounted by a ducal crown. The two coats of arms are surrounded, at the top and on the left by a swan representing the maternal branch and on the right by a lion representing the paternal branch. The swan symbolizes purity, beauty, grace and love. The lion evokes majesty, monarchy, strength and supremacy.
