In 1894, Gustave Odiot remains the only goldsmith of the name Odiot. On March 31, 1894, he formed a general partnership for twelve years with Emile Prévaut, former representative of the Odiot company, and Paul Edouard Récipon, sculptor and designer. In 1905, when its term expired, the company was dissolved. Gustave Odiot liquidated it and transformed it into a limited company.
