The Damaru is a small drum made from two human skulls and used within the Tibetan Chöd rites. Unlike many others this is an authentic specimen comparable to the same one within the famous collection of André Breton. Ex Giuseppe Tucci collection. 17th century. Height with pedestal: 30 cm.
