Stone called "Moonlight", "Night Pearl", or "Spirit of the Sea" cut in the shape of an egg. Created during underwater volcanic eruptions, these stones have, thanks to their natural fluorescence, the particularity of absorbing daylight and of rediffusing it in the dark under a green color. Considered as magic, they were used by the Buddhists as amulets. Origin: South Asia. Presumed age: 2000 years. Size: +/-4x2,5 cm.
