A pair of Chinese porcelain famille verte lobed 'peony and chrysanthemum' jars, Kangxi period, each painted to the exterior with a bouquet of flowering peonies and leafy blossoming stems, the reverse decorated with a similar bouquet of flowering chrysanthemums, the necks painted with gilt blossoms on peach grounds, the bases glazed white, 19.5cm high (2) 清康熙 五彩瓜棱式牡丹紋罐一對 品相報告 Condition Report: One of the jars with fritting to the rim, with some pitting to the glaze and some wear to the enamels. General surface wear throughout commensurate with age. The other jar also with frits to the rim, with an old hairline running down from the rim. The overall condition similar to the other jar, with pitting, wear to enamels, and general surface wear commensurate with age.
