Rare suite of five circular medallions in walnut carved in bas-relief representing portraits of royal characters of the court of Spain, France and Spain in carved wood frames partially rechampi gold of acanthus leaves and laurel leaves enrubannées.

Note : it would probably be Charles II and his first wife Marie-Louise d'Orléans, Louis XV and his wife Marie Leczinska, and, finally, Maria Theresa, archduchess of Austria, as empress of the Holy Roman Empire.
Provenance: according to family tradition, were given by Guy de Rothschild and would come from the castle of Ferrières
