This lot has never been on the moon, as far as its purchase is concerned it was bought from an American collector several years ago with other Apollo documents.
This lot was not taken aboard the LEM "Eagle" but simply aboard Apollo 11 (Colombia capsule) like other objects such as American flags, envelopes and Apollo XI postcards.
