L. JOLLY, it is probably Ferdinand-Louis JOLLY, painter of military subjects, officer of the chasseurs d'Afrique, born in Charonne (Seine) in 1801, † in 1861. Knight of the Legion of Honor. The museum of Dijon keeps two of his watercolors.
