Centerpiece in lace of Venice and Burano, needlework, Italy, 1st half of the 20th century. Square shape entirely made with the needle, with composition of flexible symmetrical branches in lace of Venice reworked in relief in the spirit of the Italian Point of Snow of the end of XVIIe century, the reasons connected by a network of large stitches picotées, around a central cartouche with garlands of flowers on bottom of a network of stitches Burano and medallions with the baskets of flowers worked in the same way, large vase with the flower opened in the écoinçons. Cotton of ochre color. Dim. 1,07 x 1,07 m. (good condition, never used, some freckles by place)
