Arabic manuscript on paper, unbound folios, text of 12 to 14 lines per page in brown and red ink, in sub-Saharan Chadian script, with some marginal drawings. End of verses marked by three circles. Leaves stacked and held by two cardboard plates forming a cover, and surrounded by a leather strap ending with a shell. Stiff leather case with flap and string. Some pages torn, accidents (not collated).
