CHINA, EARLY 20th CENTURY Garrison sword with blade outlined with two grooves, the handle in stingray, tsuba and iron grip element with chased decoration, the scabbard in black lacquered stingray enhanced with iron elements. The elements of the iron frame are in suite. An inscription on the scabbard states that the sword comes from the Jiangsu Arms Depot, with the date of the year of xinchou (1902).
