Tobacco finish with some pitting. Trimmed in chased steel and inlaid with gold wire. Scalloped lock bodies, animal sculpture in relief on a gray matte background. Patented front J. Grandjean. Palm rest trigger guard with volutes. English walnut stock in iron. Missing the springs of plates. (1-) In a mahogany veneer case, mounted in the French style on a bed of red velvet (unstained). The case contains reloading accessories, a cleaning rod, a ball mold (missing screwdriver and key)
