Lobi statuette Burkina Faso Wood H. 17,5 cm Provenance : - Anne et Jacques Kerchache, Paris - Pierre Bergé, Collection Anne et Jacques Kerchache, 12 June 2010, lot 243 Lobi statuette representing a standing female figure, the left arm along the body, the other pointing to the sky, in a classical attitude. The body is slightly curved, the facial features are fine. A calabash rests on the head of the figurine. Nice patina of use.
