ÅKE FRIBYTTER (Sweden, 20th century) for Nelo Möbel. Lounge Chair and ottoman, design 1960-1969. In steel and black leather. Publisher Nelo Möbel, 1970-1979. With publisher's stamp. Dimensions: 87 x 72 x 90 cm (armchair); 35 x 57 x 50 cm (ottoman). Swivel armchair designed by Ake Fribytter in the 1960s and produced by Nelo Möbel in the 1970s. The armchair, raised on a circular base, has a swivel structure, with a large seat upholstered in black leather and fabric armrests, all in a sober and elegant black colour. The Swedish publisher Nelo Möbel produces a wide range of Fribytter designs, from chairs and armchairs to lounge chairs with ottomans.
