Officer's flintlock pistol, from the Versailles Manufacture. Smooth barrel, with sides, slightly blundered at the mouth, marked with gold Versailles and bearing three thunder punches. Flat-body lock, struck Versailles. And engraved flat-bodied gooseneck hammer. Safety with the back of the hammer, round basin pars spark in iron. Trimmings out of cut out iron engraved. Adjustable trigger screw. Walnut frame. Stock finely squared (breakage). Rod in fanon (misses the end). E.M. Period 1st Empire.
