China, 20th century. Ink and watercolors on paper, depicting an impressive cat crouching behind a Banana tree, the top right with vivid calligraphy and a seal. With a recent paper and silk brocade frame and mounted as a hanging scroll.
Condition: Good condition with some wear, little creasing as well as few water stains and moldy spots.
Provenance: English private collection. According to the vendor acquired from a Swiss collector.
