A ‘DRAGON’ PORCELAIN DISH
China, late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) to Republic period (1912- 1949). Painted in blue with iron-red details, depicting a coiled dragon amidst flames, in pursuit of the flaming pearl. Bamboo ferns on the backside. An apocryphal six-character Kangxi reign mark on the underside, framed by a double circle.
Condition: Very good condition with traces of wear and pitting.
