A CHINESE BRONZE FIGURE OF A STAG
China, late Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) to early Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). The finely cast bronze figure made in the shape of a reclining stag with the head lifted, looking up towards the sky. The bronze figure functioning as a brush rest as well as a water dropper with a tiny hole between the horns and a small opening inside the deer’s mouth.
Condition: Good condition with minor wear and tiny surface scratches.
