Ceramic with brick red and creamy white slip, manganese oxides.

Beautiful pair of statuettes representing two men seated in a similar attitude: left leg bent, hands resting on one knee. Ritual deformation of the skull towards the back showing a classical face, characteristic of the Nayarit culture, decorated with ear pendants and a labret. Beautiful headdress with circular pastilted motifs.
