First edition of this masterly work by Marcel Proust, composed of 7 titles, the last 3 of which were published posthumously. Copy composed as follows: - DU CÔTÉ DE CHEZ SWANN. Paris : Bernard Grasset, 1914. - In-8, brown half-chagrin with corners, spine ribbed, gilt head, second cover kept (binding of the time). First edition. A copy with the correct "achevé d'imprimer" dated November 8, 1913 on the verso of page 523, but without the table of contents, without the typographical error to Grasset on the title and without the catalogue. Second cover only preserved. A good copy in a slightly later binding. Rubbing to the hinges and nerves. - À L'OMBRE DES JEUNES FILLES EN FLEURS. Paris : Nouvelle Revue Française, 1918. - In-8, red half-maroquin with corners, spine gilt, untrimmed, cover and spine preserved (Semet et Plumelle). First edition.
