The attachment is in the shape of a rat tail and the spatula is provided with notches.
The shape of the silversmith's hallmark - initials M.M.
crowned - is close to the hallmark of a Liege silversmith active around 1667-1688, and whose origin could be one of the "good cities" of the principality of Liege.
