XEROU (Benoît Herduin) - Xerou alphabet - Mixed media aerosol and acrylic - on canvas (40 x 50 cm) - framed work Born in 1983 and active in the world of graffiti since 1997, Xerou is a member of the collective "Mémoire Industrielle". He creates and directs with his companions, multiple exhibitions throughout France and Spain (Paris, Lille, Clermont-Ferrand, Saintes, Toulouse and Barcelona). He has worked on graphics and painting in Europe (England, Germany and the Netherlands) for major skateboard brands, and on numerous events and festivals. He also pursues an activity of transmission by regularly giving drawing and painting lessons. Xerou loves the infinite repetition and action provided by bombing, tagging and calligraphy, a continuous research on the letter and explore the infinite possibilities of textures and materials.
