Model by Horst Brüning in the 1970s Solid aluminum base with wooden top 20th century period Dimensions: H: 54.5; D: 110 cm German designer Horst Brüning created furniture that implements the simple idea of minimalism, functionality, durability, timelessness while capturing the spirit of the times. Born in 1934, Brüning studied architecture and interior design at the College of Graphic Arts in Hamburg until 1956 and industrial design in Stockholm. In 1963, he established an architecture and design office in Stuttgart.
