Patrice Lecompte/Original drawing made for the last page of the director's 1st comic book. India ink around 1979. Rare. TBE+. 25 X 25cm
Patrice Leconte, the famous director (Les Bronzés, Ridicule, L'homme du train, etc.), has already made a first foray into comics by collaborating with the magazine Pilote from 1970 to 1975. His style is very personal; his characters are very rigid and generally represented in bust with very broad shoulders. The drawings have a fascinating side. The stories are methodical. It is comic book regulated like clockwork.
