Bell helmet. Northern Europe, Ha B1, around 1000 BC, bronze, H. 17.3 cm Hemispherical helmet; separately cast crown knob, with square plate riveted as lower bearing. Marks on the inside of the helmet. Irregular holes along the slightly recessed rim, probably for decorative nails and lining. Some cracks on the rim, reinforced from the inside.
