The house Boin-Taburet, comes from the association around 1880 of the jeweler Emile Taburet with his son-in-law, Georges Boin. Together, they created the house Boin-Taburet and took part in the Universal Exhibitions of Paris in 1878 and 1889.
Emile Taburet and Georges Boin worked together until 1900 when Georges Boin joined forces with the goldsmith Henry, under the company name "Boin et Henry orfèvres". In 1906, at the International Exhibition in Milan, the company appeared under the name "Henry Frères et Cie". In 1936, it became "Henry et Fils".
