LEYSEN FRERES - 1950S MULTICOLORED SET It consists of a pair of round ear clips set with amethysts, emeralds, rubies and sapphires in claw chaton. It is composed of a round and curved CLIP paved with rubies, sapphires, emeralds, turquoises and brilliant-cut diamonds in clawed chatons, on one hand and a PAIR of ear CLIPS on the other hand. Set in 18K yellow gold and platinum. Gross weight: 64,78 gr. (clip system for the earrings). Diameters : 4,8 cm and 2,8 cm approximately. LEYSEN, jeweller of the Belgian Court. The House LEYSEN was created in 1855, it is the "Jewelry Factory" that inaugurates the grandfather Louis Leysen who will make a great and long way in Brussels to become among other things approved Supplier of the Court of Belgium. Now it is from the famous Place des Sablons that its influence operates. Creators and great connoisseurs of pearls and precious stones, it is the beautiful emeralds which remain one of their great specificity.
