A great classic on the question of prescriptions by the Franc-Comtois jurist Dunod de Charnage (1679, Saint-Claude - 1752, Besançon). "Dunod endeavoured to present a synthesis of the question of prescriptions and he produced the fundamental work on the subject, which is said to have served for the elaboration of the civil code" (cf. Dictionnaire historique des jurisconsultes français). Camus Dupin, 1640.
