Bronzefigur eines heiligen Bischofs Lot n° 496

Height: 26 cm. Probably Maastricht, early 16th century. In folded choir robe, clasp four-passed, the mitre shows a short form, protruding forelock below. The right hand holds a book, further attributes for the clear identification of the saint are missing. Six-sided fluted base cast in the same mould. Beautiful age patina with remnants of a setting discernible in the depths. (12912413) (11)
