Instituted in 1933 by Chang Kai Shek, large diploma in colour 54,2 cm x 46,2 cm with its original envelope. Including a letter in French by the Minstry of Foreign Affairs of the Chinese Republic, signed and dated 7 September 1934 awarding Mr R. Herremans, Secretary of the Belgian Special Mission, the order of the Jade red rosette with white-blue borders.
