A parcel-gilt bronze garlic-mouth chilong vase. Ming dynasty, 16th/17th century
The compressed globular body supported on a tall splayed foot, the long neck cast with a rain dragon, the surface enhanced with a few small areas of gilding. The bottom plate missing.
