An Ayutthaya-style bronze figure of Buddha Maravijaya.Thailand. 17th century or later Seated in meditation on a cushion, the right hand in bhumisparsha mudra, the left hand above the foot, the ushnisha surmounted by a ketumala. Brownish bronze with traces of gilding. Fitted into a modern wooden base lacquered red and gilded. Heigh 51.5 cm Provenance Private collection, Rhineland
