Double flintlock pistol by Lamotte Ainé in Saint Etienne. Barrels in table with remainders of floral engraving. Lock plates signed under the springs "Jh LAMOTTE A ST ETIENNE" of battery and hammers formerly changed with round bodies. Chased and engraved iron fittings. Carved walnut stock (cracks). Wooden ramrod with ivory tip. Length : 36,5 cm. A.B.E. About 1780 Joseph LAMOTTE, known as the Elder, active in Saint Etienne between 1750 and 1790.
