Left leaf of an ivory diptych carved in bas-relief depicting the glorious Virgin under a broken arch housing a tri-lobed arch and surmounted by a gable with hooks, finial and pinnacles. Mary, crowned head, carries the Child on her left side; she is surrounded by two angels holding candelabras. Beautiful orange patina.
