Silver chocolate pot, of baluster form with twisted ribs and flat sides, standing on three hind legs with stylized shells, the pouring spout with chased channels of leaf motifs, encircled by a flat fillet; the lid with doucine, the unscrewable grip on a radiating terrace surmounted by a flowery bouquet; the handle in brown wood; engraved later with a coat of arms.
Master goldsmith's mark attributed to Louis-Joseph-Edme LE GAIGNEUR, received in 1750.
