A silver covered ecuelle, the body plain, the ears with contours of foliage scrolls and shells, decorated in the center on a ground amati of a head of winged cherub, interlacing and fleurons; the lid with doucine and edge of godrons, chased of quartefoils, fleurons and flat nets with contours, on a ground amati; the catch in button decorated with a profile of woman to the Antique. Hallmark of the Master goldsmith Pierre GRANAL, received in 1742. Béziers, circa 1742. Without hallmark on the ears. Incomplete date stamp in the lid. Height : 12,4 cm - Diameter : 17 cm - Weight : 767 g Shocks and scratches.
